Join Julie and Ernesto for a Hot Stone Restorative Yoga & Direct Sound Healing Experience. This intimate workshop is limited to 10 class participants.
Through the use of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be guided into restful positions that promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Each pose is held for several minutes, encouraging a meditative state and facilitating the body's natural healing processes. Hot Stones will be added over clothing to add an element of warmth. Ernesto will add direct sound healing to the shapes for the ultimate restful experience.
