"Slouching or hunching is far from flattering. But more importantly, recent studies are confirming that a hunched posture is associated with a wide range of health issues, including depression, anxiety, excessive neck tension, increased risk of falls, impaired mobility, shortness of breath, and even heart and lung disease.
The good news is that a hunched posture, technically called hyperkyphosis, is reversible. In fact, it is something you can do, on your own, with 5 simple exercises, in the comfort of your own home. All you need is two yoga blocks and 5 to 10 minutes a day.
