We will discuss common obstacles of meditation and there antidotes, how to set up a home practice, how to sustain ones practice, a brief overview of practices (just a few basic categories) and then practice the base concentration of Shamatha Vipasana The practice of calm abiding.
This course will include an introduction to Five Element Qigong. We will learn what Five Element Qigong is, Introduce Wu-Ji standing meditation practice, and introduce the Dao and The Five Elements themselves.
