Create time for yourself before the hectic family affairs begin!
In this extended class with Natalie Ryneveld & Erica Piscitelli , you will cultivate inner peace through yoga, journaling, sound meditation and group connection. The journal prompts will be guide you towards facilitating gratitude and the meditation will support you in nurturing compassion. The overall aim is to remember the core essence of thanksgiving: to be grateful for our family and friends and the abundant lives we have! We will end the session by serving a light snack or nurturing, light soup.
