Certain movements appear in Vinyasa practice, this class wil offer you the opportunity to move out of your comfort zone and freshen up your flow which can benefit your body in different ways. With the use of props, diverse variations and Michele’s unique practice style, you will be open to new possibilities in both body and mind.
