Treat yourself to 75 delicious minutes of self-massage! In this pop-up class, Jen will guide you through rolling techniques with massage balls (supplied by the studio) to identify trigger points and release the tension in your body that never seems to go away. The focus will be on typical areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, glutes, lower back, and feet. Jen will also take requests! The class will also include breath work...discover how much deeper you can breathe once your muscles are released. Leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready for your next activity...and a good night’s sleep.
