Join Colleen for a transformative 4-week Breath and Meditation workshop designed to guide you on a journey of deep self-discovery. Each week will build upon the one before so Colleen can help to empower you to confront inner challenges, embrace your strengths, and emerge feeling completely renewed. Colleen will teach you mindful breathing and meditation tecniques and practices, that will help you unlock your inner potential and gain clarity for your daily life. Together, we will embark on a profound quest, returning to the ordinary world with a newfound sense of purpose, clarity, and empowerment!
Class will meet Mondays 7PM - 8:15Pm
