Our bodies are always communicating, are you listening? This yin yoga and breathwork class is designed to help you slow down and listen to the wisdom within. Lean in to the areas of tension and tightness to explore what you're holding onto and what's ready to be released. Beginning with gentle movement and long holds of a few seated postures, we'll move through stress and stagnation stored in the body and prepare for stillness in breathwork.
The breathwork portion will be done lying down in savasana with a 3-part breathing pattern in and out through the mouth to help access the subconscious mind and release repressed emotions. The release creates a clearing, a clean slate, where anything is possible. Space to align with who you truly are, free of limitations and lies from past programming. You'll leave feeling clear, at ease, and like a weight has been lifted from your heart.
This is a very gentle approach to breathwork with deep full breaths, thus is safe for all to join us.
