It's the best of both worlds!
Class begins in a warm room with seated yin postures. We will move though a thoughtful warm-up as the temperature of the room increases, arriving in the heat for standing Hot Slow Flow. Slow Flow is a slower paced Vinyasa that moves mindfully through movement and breathwork. Yin and Slow Flow compliment eachother in this sweet, fun, hybrid class. All levels are welcome.
