This two hour playdate will begin with a 45 minute hip opening, playful yoga class for all levels, followed by a crafting of your own large, slightly weighted hula hoop. You choose your own colored tape from sparkles to stripes. We will have a few helping hands to guide you.  After hula hoop playtime everyone will head home with a beautiful, well constructed hoop, filled with intention and some playful hooping tips for the summer season.
