The Summer Solstice is our most light filled day of the year. It is an auspicious time to check in, create intentions and assess what is working and what’s not. We will practice pranayama (breathing exercises), gentle yoga, journal, and clarify what we want the upcoming season of summer to look and feel like. If you’re at all curious, but also a little worried about either the writing or the yoga, please join us. We create a welcoming, sacred space for all to feel at home.
