Treat yourself to 60 delicious minutes of self-massage! In this workshop, Body By Breath® & Roll Model® Method Certified Instructor Jen Kraft will guide you through rolling techniques with massage balls that provide targeted trigger point therapy to help improve mobility, increase range of motion and enhance circulation. You will also tend to your breathing accessory muscles so that you can actually see what it feels like to take a deeper breath. Jen will include typical areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, glutes, lower back, and feet and will also take requests! Leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready for your next activity.
